Bevan Lodge Show and Shine
- June 18, 2015

Once again, our annual Show and Shine at Bevan Lodge (now called Bevan Village) was a great success.  With five vehicles on show, residents of Bevan Village were thrilled to check out these great old cars and trucks.  And they treated us to another of their legendary BBQs cooked up by Les, their famous "chef".

Attending the show were Dave and Lucy Gmur, who brought their '57 Chev Cameo pickup; Richard Heyman with his 1939 Ford pickup; Leroy and Jean Clingwall with their 1933 Chev Master Eagle CA roadster; Ron Eyben brought his 1967 Buick Skylark convertible and Ron Morris brought his 1936 Buick 80 Roadmaster.

We were served up delicious burgers and fixins, 2 salads, drinks, coffee, and, for dessert, ice cream choices.  And the weather totally cooperated.  It was sunny with a light breeze.  All in all, a wonderful time was had by all.

And, to top it off, because this was our 5th annual Show and Shine at Bevan Village, they presented the club with a 5 year plaque to remind us of this day.

It was a great day!

Les, working hard to prepare another great BBQ for us!
